The 50 cm µPACᵀᴹ column is the column of choice in a routine proteomics research setting where improvements in reliability are needed aside excellent chromatographic performance. With an internal volume of 3 µL, this column is perfectly suited to perform high-throughput analyses with shorter solvent gradient times (30-, 60- and 90-minute gradients), even for limited sample amounts.
The column is compatible with all commercially available nano-LC systems, and can be integrated smoothly in any experimental set-up.
Must be used in combination with a grounding cable and preferably with a connecting capillary.
More than double the number of peptides and 72% more proteins identified in a 60 min analysis compared to a 15 cm packed bed column. Find out more in this technical note.
The ultra-sensitive analysis of low-input proteomics samples enabled twice as many unique peptide and protein groups identifications compared to a traditional column. Discover the results in our webinar.
Each column has been manufactured by etching channels and pillar arrays out of a solid silicon wafer. The column is perfectly bidirectional and contains no particles or frits. This prevents blockages and retention time variation over multiple runs. Run your entire project on a single column.
Each column is manufactured using the same lithographic mask, making every column identical. Replace µPACᵀᴹs with minimal impact. Obtain results over time and across laboratories, sufficiently consistent for big data analysis.
The column can be operated at moderate LC pump pressures up to 350 bar over a wide range of flow rates (100 – 2,000 nL/min). The maximum operating pressure is 350 bar.
